Tis the season for the world’s most charming bloom: the tulip. Join me in April as we dive into the world of tulips by designing a unique design worthy of spring in bloom. Using a combination of dutch tulips including: fringed, parrot, bicolor and dutch, Mike Hines, master florist, will take you on your tulip design journey. Step by step instruction will get you to look at tulips in a new and different way. SPACE IS LIMITED
